Why bother putting your Quality System Documentation on to your Intranet? There are several good reasons.

• It becomes much more accessible to the people who are intended to use it. It becomes possible to make its use a natural part of their job. Greater acceptance becomes a possibility.
• You can distribute changes more quickly. You can respond to changes in the system immediately. So the quality system is up-to-date.
• By using hyperlinks, the QMS becomes easier to use.
• If you integrate the QMS with the IT which underlies the business, the QMS simply becomes part of the way people work.

What does this book tell me?
